A healthy life...
Is there really a correlation between mind and body. I found that they are both dependant on the other (that's not a new realization).
During periods where I have kept to a healthy lifestyle in my life I have found that my mind was a lot clearer, I knew more what I wanted and was able to tackle stress easier than at times when I had an unhealthy lifestyle.
It's really hard to say what is healthy and what isn't. For me, a healthy lifestyle was when I felt the best physically and mentally. During this time I ate regularly, did fitness (1-3 times a week). Maybe living healthy will be different for someone else, in south france it maybe that they feel better if the down a bottle of red wine per day or in russia a bottle of vodka.
I also have to say when I smoked (cigarettes) I also liked smoking them, is that healthy for mind or body? Other things I also enjoyed, but they were surley not healthy for my body, finding the correlation between body and mind would be an interesting area of study.
Obviously the mind can't exist without the body so you better look after your body, but your body also can't exist without the mind, so looking after the mind can be just as important :-)
